In this context, the fields of political science and social sciences have increasingly focused on the concept of ethnic policymaking within nations. Political systems are striving to formulate ethnic policies through a scientific lens, taking into account the unique features of their political structures, ecosystems, and tangible realities. The notion of ethnic policymaking, particularly in the regions of Southwest Asia (the Middle East), holds significant importance; in Iran, various models and methods have been developed and pursued in this domain since the Islamic Revolution. The central question of this research is: What trends characterize ethnic policies in the Islamic Republic of Iran, and how can an optimal policy model be articulated within a regulatory and effective framework? Although commendable efforts have been made to analyze ethnic policies from political perspectives, this study aims to elucidate several distinct policymaking models with an innovative approach, subsequently proposing an ideal ethnic policymaking model utilizing the theoretical framework of "Meta SWOT." The data collection method employed in this research is based on a library model, employing descriptive and analytical methodologies.
