Some who are optimistic about the role of technology; Castells, among others, believes that social media plays an important role in social movements. O'Brien believes that social networks play an important role in politics, and argues that the Internet and social media-based communications create street movements. Argues that Internet-based social networks are a tool for mobilization, organization, and decision-making. The process of democratization in Iran, with the help of the Internet and in the context of cyberspace and the use of social networks, has marked a new chapter in the efforts of Iranians to achieve this 100-year-old ideal. (National media, national radio and state press) should be broken and a resistance discourse should be formed in which various voices can express their views. By blocking political arteries in real space, cyberspace is an alternative that revives the democratic ideals and demands of the people. In the absence of a free and open civil society, groups and individuals can communicate and share content.
