Seyyed Qutb built his thinking on Jahiliyyah, put it against Islam and did not consider it specific to a specific time, he considers all societies as Jahiliyyah. This research, which was carried out with a descriptive-analytical method in the context of library studies, aims to answer the question of what is the origin of political ignorance from Seyyed Qutb's point of view and what is the way out of it. He considers its origin to be the substitution of human rule for God's rule and the aging of societies based on materialism, the result of which is colonialism, exploitation, aggression and oppression of God's servants, and the way out of it is not enough to express the theory. He knows religion and entering the field of action and trying to get rid of human rule and return the society to God's rule, but at the same time, he does not propose a specific form of government, he deals with the generalities, and since he considers the Islamic society He confronts the ignorant society, his ideas have become the basis for the emergence of takfiri groups.
