Today, with various challenges in the field of political behavior of J.A.A agents. We are faced with serious damage to the relevant functions. The main issue in this, which is also the issue of this article, is the role of self-monitoring in the agents' activism and how to fix its damages; Self-monitoring as a moral component has both the role of deterrence and the role of treatment. The realities of the society show that the majority of the aforementioned damages are due to the neglect of the constructive requirements of the teachings of Islamic ethics; The solution to overcome this neglect is to use ethical propositions in all stages of education, recruitment and activities of agents. The mechanism of self-monitoring is an important component of Islamic ethics that makes agents resistant and safe against this damage; As a result, the efficiency of agents will be improved and the satisfaction level of both people and agents will be increased. With this approach, current regulatory systems should also be redefined according to the self-regulatory role of brokers. This article seeks to explain the role of self-monitoring in the activism of J.A. government agents by using the method of description and analysis.
