Civil disobedience, which is considered as a protest procedure by citizens in the scene of political and social activities, is a violation of the law as a protest movement in order to achieve legitimate and rightful demands. This political and social movement in the West has been formed in parallel with the emergence of large protest movements against the governments and has witnessed ups and downs. In Nahj al-Balagha, Amir Mominan has written against examples of these oppositions with a descriptive-analytical method and by using library and internet sources, and the result is that not only the definition of civil disobedience in the words of Ami al-Mominin in Nahj al-Balagha is exactly the same.
