Abstract
Since the beginning of international relations and the formation of national governments, international organizations have played a role as institutions to maintain peace and human rights. However, the Gaza war, as one of the biggest human rights challenges in recent decades, has revealed the inefficiencies of these organizations. The United Nations, the Security Council and the International Criminal Court have made efforts to respond to the Gaza crisis, but they have faced many political and legal obstacles that have prevented the effective implementation of resolutions and the prosecution of war crimes. One of the key results of this research is the failure. International organizations are dealing with the violation of human rights in Gaza and its wide-ranging effects on global politics. These inefficiencies have led to diplomatic changes in the behavior of different countries and revision of international human rights policies. Finally, this research shows that it is necessary to strengthen international enforcement mechanisms and create a stronger political will at the global level to deal with human rights violations, so that crises like the Gaza war can be dealt with more effectively.
