Abstract
اFirst, one should know the owner of the right of citizenship, that is, the type of human being. According to the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah, the Imam considers man involved in exaltation and humility, but he believes in the inherent dignity of man. In addition, it considers man as a civil being whose growth depends on the duties of faith that he has towards others. Finally, the division of citizenship rights according to the existing text of the Prophet's words in the Nahj al-Balagha, including sermons, letters and wisdom, was discussed and an attempt was made to understand the internal logic of the Nahj al-Balagha by using the text as well as the verses related to the discussion and hadiths of the prophets and imams. May the innocent be received. In addition, some commentaries of the noble book Nahj al-Balagha and Tarikh were also used. As a result, according to Imam, man is a two-dimensional being and his needs are spiritual and material. For the Imam, government is meant in the direction of creating justice, and the mere possession of power is worth more than a patched shoe.
