Abstract

In this article, we talk about the possibilities of Shia political jurisprudence regarding the holding of women's affairs and state positions in jobs such as leadership, presidency, and ministry. If we consider the definition of political jurisprudence to be the derivation of Shariah rulings on political issues from the detailed evidence of the book, Sunnah, consensus and reason, we want to address the issue of whether it is possible to derive the opinions of political jurisprudence about the political guardianship of women from Shia political jurisprudence and Inferred from the jurisprudential opinions of Ayatollah Naini? In this regard, what are the obstacles and possibilities for analyzing and inferring about women's political leadership? In this research, while discussing the possibility of women's judgment as the main source of political guardianship, Ayatollah Naini's intellectual and jurisprudential system and an analytical examination of the possibility of women's political guardianship with a focus on analyzing the endowment metaphor in his theory and its relation in Shia political jurisprudence. we will pay.
