Abstract

The speech of Imam Ali (AS) in the letters of Nahj-ul-Balagha is often a political speech that was formed in order to convince the audience and make him believable in front of the Imam's beliefs and political positions. Imam Ali (AS) used various strategies to make his speech believable.. Questioning is one of the most important tools used in the political discourse of Imam (a.s.) to realize the persuasion of the audience in the letters of Nahj-ul-Balagha. A question that goes out of its main circuit and takes on an argumentative role. In this regard, the speech acts used in the political discourse of Imam Ali (a.s.) have played an essential role, and the indirect meaning in them helps greatly in the believability of interrogative statements.. persuasion and credibility in him and also The actions performed through the interrogation taken out of the main circuit are mostly in the form of indirect and implicit actions, taking into account the mood of the addressee and the context of the speech, which is manifested in the form of denial interpretation and interrogation; This has given the method of interrogation a pilgrimage and persuasive dimension.
