Abstract

In order to implement its foreign policy, which was previously based on Kemalism and prioritizing relations with the West, Turkey prioritized relations with its neighbors during the rule of the AKP and pursued this policy in the form of Ottomanism. . In this policy, Turkey has tried to penetrate into the minds and hearts of the people of the region by using soft power tools such as culture, language education, ideology, etc., and on the other hand by using hard power tools such as economy and Military capability has tried to show its high capability. Thus, we see that Turkey, during the AKP, tried to use both hard and soft powers at the same time. This means that Turkey is using the high capacity of smart power in its foreign policy. This article seeks to examine the various components of Turkey's intelligent power in the implementation of neo-Ottoman foreign policy. The present research is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is the use of library and virtual resources.
