In this article, the security effects of the fifth wave of terrorism on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran are discussed. In order to answer this problem, it has been tried to explain the emergence of the fifth wave of terrorism in the framework of the model of pluralistic order, and to present a new conceptual model for understanding security called pluralistic security.In fact, its purpose is to show that in the form of new structural changes at the two levels of the system (the spread of authority) and the region (the emergence of the fifth wave of terrorism), what perception of security has been formed in the Islamic Republic and to what extent this perception of security is with a A complete understanding of security is compatible. In this framework, a main question and a secondary question were proposed. The main research question is "How has the fifth wave of terrorism affected the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran?" And in response to this hypothesis, it was proposed that "the fifth wave of terrorism, by creating new structural pressures, has created a perception of security in the processes of securitization in the security actors,
