One of the signs of progressive and transformative governance in religious communities is attention and concern for unity among Muslims. In a situation where enemies are using all hardware and software facilities to destroy the Islamic law and are using various methods to create a gap between the ranks of Muslims with various religious tendencies, it is necessary for the followers of the Islamic nation to interact with each other in a proper manner, and on the path to realizing the flourishing of the new Islamic civilization, to have effective synergy and purposeful planning, and to neutralize the poisonous plans of the opponents. This article aims to examine the Quranic foundations of unity in the thought of the helmsman of the Islamic Revolution. Among the findings of the present study is that from the perspective of the wise leader of the revolution, it is possible to have an effective role in the formation of a religious community and expand it by setting the Quran as a standard, constructive communication between scholars of both sects, bringing hearts closer, and using the capacity of Hajj. This is achieved by removing external and internal obstacles to unity.
