The holly Quran and constitution has put great importance on defending societies and rituals. In great many instances, the holly Quran encourages believers to martyrdom, sacrifice the self and stamina against the enemies, but it has forbidden terrorism and committing suicide. The holly Quran has identified martyrdom as a defensive Jihad and set its conditions. Therefore, martyrdom is the last resort as a defensive mechanism to defeat violation and defend Muslims interests since in this act the martyred person is killed based on his own will, some consider it as an act of suicide and impermissible. This study, investigating it based on proofs and jurisprudence, tries to demonstrate that the permit to these activities in times of intrusion of the circumstances of significance and importance in not farfetched because in Islamic verses and stories related to martyrdom (suicide) is way different. The proofs of exigency are dominant over those of sanctity ، and in priority of exigency over primarily conditions of intrusion, they are of primary importance. In addition, whenever in doing a martyrdom act a preferable interest and expedience is conceived, the rationales would not reproach it.
