A detailed study of what is Islamic civilization and its stages as the most important long-term ideology of the Islamic Ummah in the present age, and the assessment of the position of different countries in this process can lead to a strategic view on this issue and give a practical aspect to the case studies of countries. In the present study, the aforementioned actions were performed by descriptive-analytical method and in the theoretical framework of mental spaces on Yemen. In response to the sub-question of Yemen's position in Islamic civilization, it was hypothesized that the Yemeni revolution Islamic, the formation of the Islamic system, the formation of the Islamic state, the formation of the Islamic society and the formation of Islamic civilization. Then, focusing on the most important and effective component of the system, namely the constitution, the past constitution of Yemen was reviewed and the process of amending the constitution after the Islamic Awakening was examined. The field of the constitution, finally, by exploratory method, components to amend it and accelerate and improve the process of systematization at the constitutional level were presented.
