The objective of the present research is to explain the role and position of Yemen's Anṣār Allāh in the structure of the modern Islamic civilization. A precise examination of the quiddity of Islamic civilization and its stages as the most important long-term ideal of the Islamic Ummah in the contemporary era, along with assessing the position of various countries in this process, can culminate in a strategic perspective in this domain and possess an applied aspect for case studies of countries. It appears that the Yemeni revolution is situated in the second step of the fivefold stages of Islamic civilization. The research method is applied in terms of its objective, and the type of method is qualitative, conducted by relying on a content analysis and exploratory approach. Ultimately, utilizing the exploratory method, components were presented for its reformation and the acceleration and amelioration of the system-building process at the constitutional level. The findings indicate that the Yemeni revolution is situated in the second step of the fivefold stages: the Islamic revolution, the formation of the Islamic system, the formation of the Islamic state, the formation of the Islamic society, and the formation of the Islamic civilization. By focusing on the most important and effective system-building component, namely the constitution, the constitution is situated within the structure of the modern Islamic civilization.
