Using the discursive method of Laclau and Mouffe, this research examines the formation, persistence, and evolution of the Islamic Revolution's discourse and attempts to identify the congruities and discrepancies between the goals and principles of the Islamic Revolution discourse and the practical performance of the Islamic Republic in the realm of justice. The discourse of the Islamic Revolution, emphasizing principles such as independence, freedom, and justice, was able to establish its political and social hegemony in 1979. Since then, the Islamic Republic has sought to redefine the country's political, social, and economic structures based on this discourse. However, the performance of the Islamic Republic in achieving justice has always been a subject of discussion and scrutiny. The results of this study indicate that despite significant achievements in certain areas, there are still challenges and deficiencies in realizing justice. This article analyzes the successes and challenges of the Islamic Republic in the domain of justice and offers solutions to improve social and economic justice in the country. This study suggests that achieving better justice requires policy revisions, strengthening oversight, and combating corruption.
