In addition to developing and increasing the scientific and technological power of the country, the policy making and implementation of open data has a wide impact in increasing the active, all-round and effective participation of people and elites, and improving capital and social trust in the government. Open data is a new concept that is rooted in the belief that citizens should have access to the vast amount of information that is collected on average by government institutions. The main question in this research is what effect does interactive and convergent policymaking have on promoting good governance in the social system? The hypothesis of the research is to use open data public policy, due to the background of public participation in society issues, the issue of maximum promotion of public trust in the way of good governance becomes. The research method is based on the fundamental purpose and nature of qualitative data and on descriptive analytical method. This research will be analyzed and investigated with the theoretical framework of good governance and interactive and convergent policy making. According to what has been said, no government or country can be run without governance and the success of each country.
