Returning from the goals, principles, values and principles of governments is one of the serious challenges of any government. The Velayat Faqih system is not an exception to this rule. The hypothesis of this research is that the legal guardianship system, especially the institution of legal guardianship, as the most basic element of the legal guardianship system, has the capacity to face the challenges of reversibility in a preventive manner. Therefore, in order to reach the main question, what are the capacities of the institution of the legal guardianship in facing the challenge of reversibility in the legal guardianship system? pay (method) It is proven in terms of the characteristics of the jurist, the absolute authority of the jurist as well as the ijtihad based on time and place, confronts the challenges that arise due to new issues and legal impasses, etc. And due to the special features and authority of the legal guardian in terms of the goals and values, it creates the capacity to deal with the challenges of reproducibility in this field with the master's supervision over them (findings).
