Political and social difficulties of the household of prophet during the Umayyad and Abbasid Caliphates, made for them, the support of notabilities like Abu Hanifeh the Fagih.In this article, steps were taken to provide a theory on the religious tolerance of Abu Hanife’s political thought. Necessary information has been confirmed the theoretical principal of the Abu Hanife’s political thought and how he dealt towards the People of the House, his opponents and the other parties, by using the library method and according to Islamic manuscripts and Abu Hanife’s political though, too.The purposes of this research are: showing the meaning of faith of his point of view, religious tolerance and the affection study on his approach towards Imams and the other denominations. Discussion about Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought is an important subject which plays a major role in Islamic denominations unity, and in the time, considering the religious violence, is highly valued. The result of this research shows that the Abu Hanife’s loving of the household of prophet, their place in his presence and his explanation of faith concept and also his discretion, formed kind of tolerance upon his thought, which have had a great effect on Muslims unity.
