Abstract
In any society, there are many power paradigms (dominant power paradigm and a number of marginal paradigms) that have privileges, wealth and status in the society. Elites and political leaders who are responsible for the realization of social goals, the continuation of social order, and overall development. In a situation where the structures of the society are confused, these agencies and their consciousness structure play an important role in the management and reconstruction of the society. A situation that can be seen in the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The current research seeks to answer the question, what were the roots of the consciousness structure of the power elites of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Imam Khomeini, Ayatollah Motahari, Ayatollah Shahid Beheshti and Ayatollah Taleghani)? The result of the discussions was that with the occurrence of the Islamic revolution and the weakness in the structures; Agency (paradigm of the ruling power), took over the role of rebuilding the society and establishing their desired structural system. Intellectual coherence, shared beliefs, values ​​and norms and, in general, teachings derived from Islamic teachings, formed the consciousness structure of this power paradigm.
