Abstract
Today, with the spread of modern democracy in most societies and the spread of non-monotheistic governance mechanisms, the need to achieve a monotheistic governance mechanism that looks after both the worldly and the afterlife lives of humans is felt more and more. The Holy Qur'an, as the standard bearer of monotheism and the only way to human happiness, is the best source for achieving this goal, because what it says has an example of everything. One of the ways of guiding the Qur'an is telling the story of the Prophets of God, in which important lessons and lessons can be discovered by studying and pondering. In this article, we have collected, using a descriptive-analytical method, sources related to divine governance and documents related to the teachings and methods of governance of the two statesman prophets and the father and son of the Quran, namely Prophets David and Solomon (PBUH). Based on library and internet data, we have analyzed and interpreted the data with an emphasis on relevant documentation and interpretations of the Quran.

Therefore, and given the emphasis on the Quran in the title of the article, it was actually intended to discover the teachings of governance contained in the story of the lives of the two statesman prophets, At the end of the research, 6 lessons were obtained from the divine governance style related to the areas of legitimacy, freedom, justice, foreign policy and order in the lives of these two prophets of God, which include: divinity being the source of the ruler's legitimacy, the basis of guidance towards the Almighty in all political affairs, the need to establish social justice for the material and spiritual development of the members of society, the need for the ruler to grant legitimate freedom to the members of society and the freedom of individuals to determine their own destiny in the form of parties and social groups, the need to be tough in dealing with polytheists in foreign policy and to strengthen the military force to maintain security and survival, the need to have order, supervision and seriousness towards officials in governance. Therefore, criticizing non-divine governance and showing examples of divine governance in the behavior and actions of the two statesmen prophets based on Quranic verses and interpretations of Quranic sources are among the most important findings of this article.
