Designing a good governance model with an integrated approach and Explaining of its Impact on Public Organization

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to design a model of good governance with an integrated approach and explain its impact on the performance and effectiveness of public organizations with the mission of covering little attention to the basics of political science in public administration. Extraction and in order to implement the Delphi technique, it was provided to 37 academic and organizational experts.

The results, based on the literature of effective democratic governance and factor analysis tests, have formed a model of good governance including 2 dimensions, 9 components and 28 indicators.

A) Political dimension (5 components and 14 indicators): accountability and transparency (3 indicators), social justice (3 indicators), moral law (4 indicators), participatoryism (2 indicators) and anti-corruption (2 indicators).

B) Management dimension(4 components and 14 indicators): interactive justice(4 indicators), efficiency and empowerment(5 indicators), creative development(2 indicators) and professional virtual networks (3 indicators).

The results showed that the proposed model from the perspective of employees has an effect on organizational performance and a correlation coefficient of 0.621 indicates a positive and strong relationship. Also, from the client's point of view, good governance has an effect on organizational effectiveness and a correlation coefficient of 0.641 indicates a positive and strong relationship.
