Abstract
The present research seeks to understand the nature and causes of the challenges of optimal distribution within the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran from a political sociological perspective. The principal question of the research is how the distribution of power, wealth, and social equality has been in the experience of the Islamic Republic of Iran? It appears that despite the efforts made towards resolving the issue of the distribution of power, wealth, and social equality during the four decades of the Islamic Republic of Iran's experience, the issue of distribution remains unresolved, and the continuation of such a situation in the future will culminate in a succession of development crises, the outcome of which will be the inefficiency of the political system and the non-realization of secondary legitimacy. In this regard, in the current research, to present a solution for optimal distribution, a triangle comprising the three approaches of democracy, civil society, and bureaucracy has been considered, so that from its core, an efficient model for resolving the distribution crisis in the Islamic Republic can be depicted. During these four decades of the lifespan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the government has encountered difficulties in any form of distribution, encompassing power, wealth, and justice, and so forth; because when power, participation, opportunities, and amenities are restricted to a specific group and class while other members of society are deprived of them, it disrupts the integration of society as well and engenders a vicious circle of crises that obstructs the path to comprehensive development in a society.
