Abstract
One of the most important indicators and factors for the development of societies that have

different ethnicities is to create solidarity and unity through a fair distribution of resources.

Fair distribution of resources and facilities in the society will cause the satisfaction and trust

of the people in the government and they will have a greater sense of duty and belonging to

the ruling political system. But feelings of injustice can increase the gap between society and government and it will lead to political instability in society. The main purpose of this studyas to identify the perception and attitude of the Baluch people towards distributive justicein Golestan province. The research method, with respect to the objectives, was a fieldresearch method. The data collected through a researcher made questionnaire completedb y a randomly selected sampling from Baluch ethic group. The statistical population of thisstudy is all Baluch people aged 18 and over who lived in Golestan province. The sample sizewere 204 people who were selected by systematic random sampling. Cronbach's alphacoefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire.
