The agents of the desired Islamic government, as guardians of society, need to realize social piety in themselves, which includes the three stages of awakening, reforming one's thoughts and doing one's duties and abandoning taboos. (Issue) One of the methods that can be used in extracting the relationship between self-awareness and social piety in the agents of the Islamic State is the use of thematic analysis method, which is included under the qualitative content analysis method. (Method) In this research, after studying and examining all the statements of Ayatollah Khamenei, 39 basic themes related to the research topic were extracted and in 10 organizing themes with the titles "What is Yaqzah", "The place of Yaqzah in political-ethical conduct", "Works Absence of Yaqzah, "Obstacles of Yaqzah", "Works of Yaqzah", "Conditions of Yaqzah", "Areas of Yaqzah", "Effective Factors of Yaqzah", "Methods of Yaqzah" and "Relationship of Yaqzah and Public Piety" were organized and 4 overarching themes " The essence and position of Yaqza", "Works related to Yaqza", "Requirements for realization of Yaqza", "Mechanism of Yaqza" were obtained. (Results) آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای تعهد دولت اسلامی را شکل‌گیری جامعه اسلامی برای رساندن انسان‌ها به عبودیت و کمال معنوی می‌داند. کارگزاران دولت مطلوب اسلامی به عنوان اولیای امر آحاد جامعه، نیازمند تحقق تقوای عمومی در خود هستند که شامل سه مرحله یقظه و بیداری، اصلاح فکر و اندیشه و انجام واجبات و ترک محرمات است. (مساله) یکی از روش‌های قابل استفاده در استخراج مناسبات یقظه و تقوای عمومی در کارگزاران دولت اسلامی، استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون است که ذیل روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی قرار می‌گیرد. (روش) در این تحقیق پس از مطالعه و بررسی تمامی بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، 39 مضمون پایه مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش استخراج شد و در 10 مضمون سازمان دهنده با عناوین «چیستی یقظه»، «جایگاه یقظه در سلوک سیاسی-اخلاقی»، «آثار عدم یقظه»، «موانع یقظه»، «آثار یقظه»، «شرایط یقظه»، «عرصه‌های یقظه»، «عوامل موثر بر یقظه»، «شیوه‌های یقظه» و «ارتباط یقظه و تقوای عمومی» سازماندهی شد و 4 مضمون فراگیر «چیستی و جایگاه یقظه»، «آثار مرتبط با یقظه»، «الزامات تحقق یقظه»، «ساز و کار یقظه» به دست آمد. (نتایج)
