The research method was non-temporal derivative thematic exegesis and the results showed that the Qur’an in different statements has referred to the importance of all humans and emphasized on their security to retain political rights to express their beliefs freely and fearlessly so that no one can harass them for expressing their opinion and their participation in their social and political destiny is guaranteed by the establishment. From the Qur’anic perspective, without recognizing individuals’ political security there cannot be any development and improvement in any society so every political system ought to provide political security for its citizens and protect their political rights. Therefore, according to the Noble Qur’an we can achieve an optimal and ideal society by recognizing the divine place of humans, his role on the earth, and his political rights as well as defending against any threat in this regard. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی گزاره‌‌های قرآنی مرجع امنیت سیاسی افراد بود. روش پژوهش تفسیر موضوعی استخراجی غیرزمانی بوده و نتایج نشان داد، قرآن در گزاره‌‌های گوناگونی به اهمیت یکایک انسان‌‌ها اشاره کرده و بر مصونیت آنان در ایفای حقوق سیاسی‌شان تاکید می‌‌نماید که در آن مردم آزادانه و بدون ترس باورهای خود را بیان کرده و کسی به آنها به دلیل ابراز عقیده‌‌شان تعرض نمی‌‌کند و مشارکت آنان توسط حاکمیت یک کشور به منظور تعیین سرنوشت اجتماعی و سیاسی تضمین می‌‌شود. از نظر آموزه‌های قرآنی، بدون پذیرش امنیت سیاسی افراد در هیچ جامعه‌‌ای امید تعالی و ترقی وجود نخواهد داشت و لذا هر نظام سیاسی، به منظور دستیابی به نظامی مطلوب بایستی امنیت سیاسی را برای شهروندانش تأمین کند و از حقوق سیاسی ایشان صیانت نماید. بنابراین، از منظر قرآن کریم، با فهم جایگاه انسان نزد خداوند و نقش او در روی زمین، شناسایی حقوق سیاسی او و نفی هرگونه تهدیدی می‌‌توان به تحقق جامعه مطلوب و آرمانی از منظر قرآن دست یافت. http://sm.psas.ir/article_45020_7de6a7c019420e05a7f57005114ef113.pdf
