Journal Article 2018 04 10 This project was aimed at explaining the Islamic government foundations in Iranian Islamic progress patterns from Khamenei's viewpoint. With this regard, respected data accumulated from Khamenei's speech was analyzed through a rational methodology and in a descriptive-analytical way. Results demonstrated that from this point of view the foundation of an Islamic Government could be delivered into two different groups including conceptual and conformational. That is to say, conceptual foundations would monitor the lexical definition and terminology attached to the patterns of Islamic Iranian progress and the interpretation of the Islamic Government nature. From this perspective, the government equals to a tool in lieu of a goal, a trustee instead of a conquest, and moreover, it is assigned for service not to accumulating power and wealth. It also means responsibility and Vilayat not monarchy. The conformational foundations are also divided into two concepts of near and far. Far foundations represent: ontological, epistemological, anthropology, and cognitive methodology. Whereas, near foundations represent moral sense, justice, wisdom, legalism, the rejection of dominant system, endogenous, and being extravagant. هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین مبانی دولت اسلامی در الگوی اسلامی- ایرانی پیشرفت از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌‌ای بود. بر این اساس، در تجزیه و تحلیل موضوع از روش‌‌شناسی عقلی به نحو توصیفی- تحلیلی بهره برده و با روش اسنادی داده‌های مورد نظر را از بیانات امام خامنه‌‌ای استخراج شد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که مبانی دولت اسلامی از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌‌ای به طور کلی به دو دسته تصوری و تصدیقی قابل تقسیم است. در این میان، مبانی تصوری ناظر به تعریف لغوی و اصطلاحی مبانی، الگو، اسلامی، ایرانی، پیشرفت و تلقی از ماهیت دولت اسلامی است. بر اساس این تلقی، حکومت ابزار است نه هدف، امانت است نه تملیک، تدبیر است نه تزویر، برای خدمت است نه برای کسب قدرت و پرستیژ، هم حق است هم تکلیف و بالاخره ولایت است نه سلطنت. مبانی تصدیقی دولت اسلامی به دو دسته مبانی دور و نزدیک تقسیم می‌‌شود. مبانی دور عبارتند از: مبانی هستی‌‌شناختی، معرفت‌‌شناختی، انسان‌‌شناختی و روش‌‌شناختی و بایدهای مبانی نزدیک دولت اسلامی به سلامت اعتقادی و اخلاقی، عدالت، حکمت، قانونگرایی، نفی نظام سلطه، درونزا و برون‌گرا بودن اشاره دارد. http://sm.psas.ir/article_38579_53be5037beb270a5e1a29e6e3d915272.pdf
