This paper seeks to explore the role of meritocracy in political justice and its aftermaths for designing the Iranian-Islamic model of progress. In the hypothesis of article, it has been underlined that one can believe right is administered when power is shifted to efficient people thanks to focal concept of “administration of justice” in political justice and confrontation of meritocracy with autocracy and with non-meritorious people. Therefore, there is element of meritocracy in political justice and by its presence, aftermaths like justice model of progress, suitable placement of affairs, right-centeredness and celerity of progress system, reformism and liberty can be observed in model of meritocracy. "شایسته‌سالاری" یکی از تأثیرگذارترین راهبردهای ایجاد عدالت سیاسی است که به حاکمیت افراد کاردان و کاربلد در اعمال قدرت می‌انجامد. این نوشته در جست‌وجوی نقش شایسته‌سالاری در عدالت اجتماعی و پیامدهای آن برای طراحی الگوی اسلامی-ایرانی پیشرفت است. در فرضیه‌ی مقاله بر این امر تأکید شده است که با توجه به مفهوم کانونی "احقاق حق" در عدالت سیاسی و تقابل شایسته‌سالاری با استبداد و رویارویی با ناشایستگان، میتوان باور داشت، زمانی احقاق حق، عملی خواهد شد که قدرت به افراد کاردان واگذار گردد. بنابراین در عدالت سیاسی، عنصر شایسته‌سالاری وجود دارد و با حضور آن میتوان پیامدهایی چون الگوی عادلانهی پیشرفت، قرارگیری امور در جایگاه شایسته، حق‌محوری، چالاکی سامانه‌ی پیشرفت، اصلاح‌گری و آزادی در الگوی شایسته‌سالار را رصد کرد. http://sm.psas.ir/article_30389_3bf510e4b7013a3bc33d48930adb6d3b.pdf
