Due<span> to the same result, it can not be followed without entering the realm<span> of hopes and wishes. One of the important concepts and<span> frameworks in social thoughts of “Salaf” has been “Utopian<span> Society” which is dealt with, less, in the modern social sciences.<span> Dealing with the issue of “development” gives us permission to<span> touch it with breaking traditions and analyze its meaning and<span> connotation. According to Islamic didactics, the utopia draws the<span> path, more than explaining the goal; since the target of religion is<span> human perfection and advancing by “self”. Henceforth, if we<span> consider “development” as the goal of society, two meanings come<span> out of it: advancement of the ideal level of the social public and<span> providing suitable and accompanying ground for it. This<span> interpretation from “utopia” has high capacity for<span> operationalization and makes its entering and implementing in<span> development plannings possible; provided that goal settings and its<span> indices undergo reconsideration and expectations level from it<span> promote.<br /><br class="Apple-interchange-newline" /></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> توسعه یعنی حرکت اجتماعی به سوی مطلوبیت ها؛ به همین رو نمی توان آن را بدون ورود به بحث غایات و آرمان ها دنبال کرد. یکی از مفاهیم و قالب های مطرح در بوده که در علوم اجتماعی جدید کم تر بدان « جامعه ی آرمانی » ، اندیشه های اجتماعی سلفَ پرداخته شده است. پرداختن به موضوع توسعه - آن هم با انگیزه ی رسیدن به الگوهای<br />بومی - این اجازه را به ما می دهد تا با سنت شکنی به سراغ آن برویم و منظور و فحوای آن را وارسی نماییم. جامعه ی آرمانی حسب آموزه های اسلامی بیش از آن که مبین هدف باشد، ترسیم کننده ی راه است؛ بدان رو که غایت دین، کمال انسانی است و شدنِ به دست خویش. پس اگر هدف توسعه را نیل به جامعه ی آرمانی قلمداد کنیم، دو معنا از آن مستفاد<br />می شود: ارتقای سطح آرمانی آحاد اجتماعی و فراهم آوری بستر مساعد و همراه برای آن. این معنا از جامعه ی آرمانی استعداد بالایی برای عملیاتی شدن دارد و ورود و به کارگیری آن را در برنامه ریزی های توسعه میسر می سازد؛ البته بدین شرط که در هدف گذاری و شاخص های آن تجدیدنظر شود و سطح انتظارات از آن ارتقا پیدا کند. http://sm.psas.ir/article_29885_4718d3908442b0f7b4533b1c366bdbe6.pdf
