The<span> expanded pattern and its relevant horizon and strategies include:<span> macro sub-sections of economical, political and cultural sections of<span> the pattern and its triplet “individual”, “collective” and “social”<span> subsets and corresponding horizon and strategies. Horizon and<span> strategies also includes scientific explanation mechanisms<span> (theoretical, philosophical, Kalaam-related and juridical-legal),<span> practical promotion (strategic-practical, technical and highly<span> technical elite, public, expert and public administrative) and<span> objective realization (executive, spreading) and their scrolling,<span> make up and guarding. This paper aims at tuning, drawing and<span> compiling the macro and micro features of these horizons and<span> strategies.<br class="Apple-interchange-newline" /></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> افق و تدابیر سیاسی الگوی توسعهی متعالی مشتملبر افق و تدابیر الگوی توسعه ی اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی است که پایهی توسعهی متعالی و افق و تدابیر آن محسوب میشود. الگوی تفصیلی و افق و تدابیر مربوطه نیز شامل: زیربخشهای کلان بخشهای سهگانهی اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی الگو و زیرمجموعهی گسترههای سهگانهی فردی، جمعی و اجتماعی آن و افق و تدابیر متناسب با آنها میشود. افق و تدابیر، سازکارهای تبیین علمی (نظری فلسفی کلامی و فقهی حقوقی)، ترویج عملی (راهبردی-کاربردی تخصصی و فوق تخصصی نخبگانی، عمومی مردمی و کارشناسی و مدیریتی دولتی) و<br />تحقق عینی (اجرایی-جاریسازی) تا پیمایش، آمایش و پایش آنها را نیز شامل میشود. این مقاله عهدهدار تنظیم، ترسیم و تدوین اعم اهم این افقها و تدابیر میباشد.  http://sm.psas.ir/article_29884_c6bfb2ef8ed53820a605bbcb7dfafdee.pdf
