For the leaders of the Islamic revolution, the political discipline has been shaped with having three sides: leader and governor, people and managers. For these two dears, such a political discipline is favored whose type is firstly Velayat-e-Faqih (governance of the jurist) and secondly, whose three sides of leader, people and managers have high and supreme features according to Islam as the yardstick (which are the primacy of faith and piety). These two great thinkers have numerated the indices of the leader and governor of the perfect political discipline as: jurisprudence, piety, justice, tactfulness and management. Also, they numerate the features of the managers as: having piety, faith and self-purification, patience and persistence, self-belief and self-confidence, being a real “server” of the people, simple life, tolerating criticisms, fighting with corruption, responsiveness, keeping unity, poverty alleviation and observing social justice, and also characteristics of people as: awareness and insight, participation and presence in different scenes and elections and, supervision and unity.  موضوع مقاله‌ی حاضر، شناسایی شاخص­های نظام سیاسی مطلوب از دیدگاه امام خمینی(ره) و آیت­الله خامنه­ای است که با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی بررسی شده است. نظام سیاسی در نظر رهبران انقلاب اسلامی، همانند یک سه‌ضلعی: «حاکم و رهبر»، «مسئولان و کارگزاران» و «مردم» ترسیم شده است. از دید آنان، نظام سیاسی­ای مطلوب است که اولاً از نوع ولایت فقیهی باشد؛ ثانیاً سه ضلع آن، یعنی: حاکم، کارگزاران و مردم از حیث برخورداری از معیارهای اسلامی، هم‌چون: اصل‌بودن ایمان و تقوا، شاخص­های متعالی و برجسته‌ای داشته باشند. به‌نظر ایشان، در نظام سیاسی مطلوب، شاخص­های لازم برای حاکم و رهبر عبارت است از: فقاهت، تقوا، عدالت، درایت و مدیریت. رهبران انقلاب اسلامی شاخص­های لازم برای مسئولان و کارگزاران را: داشتن تقوا، ایمان و تزکیه‌ی نفس، صبر و استقامت، خودباوری و اعتماد به نفس، خدمت­گزار واقعی مردم‌بودن، ساده­زیستی، انتقادپذیری، مبارزه با فساد، پاسخ­گو بودن، حفظ وحدت، فقرزدایی و رعایت عدالت اجتماعی می‌دانند و برای مردم دارابودن شاخص‌هایی هم‌چون: آگاهی و بصیرت، مشارکت و حضور در صحنه­ها و انتخابات، نظارت و همگانی و اتحاد را برمی­شمرند. http://sm.psas.ir/article_25510_935ef067472d5bae490026f43722b51e.pdf
