This research has been conducted with the aim of "explicating and proving the possibility of Divine Anthropocentrism" in contrast to Secular Anthropocentrism, as well as critiquing rival readings, by relying on Islamic sources and utilizing an analytical-explicative method. The central issue of the research is whether, in contrast to the secular reading of anthropocentrism—which considers man as independent of God and the absolute axis of existence—a divine reading based on Islām can be presented. The research hypothesis emphasizes the possibility of this divine reading. By referencing Islamic sources (Qur’ān, narrations, and philosophical and mystical texts) and utilizing analytical and explicative methods, this research, while proving the hypothesis, addresses the critique of rival types of anthropocentrism through a critical method. In this regard, the intellectual foundations of the West from the ancient era to the modern age have also been subjected to comparative examination. The findings indicate that in the Islamic view, not only does no conflict exist between the centrality of man and the centrality of God, but these two are harmonious and complementary to each other within the framework of the relationship of "effect with cause" and "existential poverty with absolute richness." In contrast, the Western view, from ancient Greece to the modern era, has always been accompanied by a dichotomy between God and man. In Islām, man possesses a distinguished station in Takwīnī (ontological) terms (the subjugation of the entire existence for him) and Tashrī‘ī (legislative) terms (the centrality of his real interests and corruptions in rulings), and in this very direction, the political system of Islām is also at the service of his transcendence. Consequently, Divine Anthropocentrism is not only possible, but by preserving man's connection with God, it guarantees his transcendent identity and prevents the crises of Secular Anthropocentrism. Modern Western civilization is the product of a secular attitude that, despite a deceptive appearance, has led to savagery and tyranny, whereas Divine Anthropocentrism paves the ground for man's felicity in the world and the Hereafter. This attitude, by emphasizing the deep relationship between self-knowledge and theology, presents a comprehensive solution for human transcendence.
