The research relies on the hypothesis that determining the components of dignity in the international level such as not revealing the secrets and needs of the Islamic state, not adopting the Kuffar (unbelievers) as confidant, and also an analysis of the ways on how to make a friendly relationship with others for giving scientific, economic, and humanitarian services as well as cooperation with different governments in the fields of defense industry can present a model to substantiate friendship of hearts with non-Islamic governments and as result “improvement under the word of commonality” as a premise for advertising religion. The method of study is descriptive analysis and the results showed that dignity should involve persistence on the ideas of the one who has dignity. It means that the Islamic government should not easily give up its theological-political stand against the enemy such that other actors in the realm of international relations witness this stability and self-defense of the Islamic government. However, the Islamic government should not fall into the trap of overindulgence or underindulgence because the opposite country may raise tremendous inappropriate requests by overindulgence and make the Islamic state encounter security problems, and likewise, underindulgence may decrease the possibility of making an affectionate relationship with non-Muslim states.}, keywords = {invitation,dignity,Friendship of Hearts,foreign policy,International Relations.  }, title_fa = {تألیف قلوب و عزّت در سیاست خارجی دولت اسلامی}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر پاسخ به این سوال اساسی است که دولت اسلامی چگونه می‎تواند ضمن حفظ عزّت خود رابطه‎ای با هدف تألیف قلوب را ایجاد کند؟ پژوهش بر این فرضیه استوار است که با تبیین مولفه‎های عزتمندی در ابعاد بین‎المللی همچون، عدم افشاء اسرار و احتیاجات دولت اسلامی و عدم اتخاذ کفار به عنوان هم‌راز و نیز تحلیل روش‎های ایجاد یک رابطة دوستانه از جمله، ارائة خدمات علمی، اقتصادی و بشردوستانه و همکاری در عرصه‎های صنایع دفاعی با دولت‎های مختلف بتوان الگویی در جهت تحقق تألیف قلوب دولت‎های غیراسلامی، و در نتیجه امتثال امر به «تعالی ذیل کلمه سواء»، به عنوان مقدمة تبلیغ دین ارائه نمود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد که عزّت باید شامل صلابت و مقاومت بر موضع شخص عزّتمند باشد، یعنی دولت اسلامی به راحتی از مواضع اعتقادی- سیاسی خود کوتاه نیاید و در برابر دشمن باشد. در عرصه روابط بین‌الملل، بازیگران دیگر این ثبات و دفاع از موضع خود را از دولت اسلامی شاهد باشند. دولت اسلامی در مسأله تألیف قلوب و جلب محبّت نباید گرفتار افراط یا تفریط گردد، چرا که با افراط کشور مقابل ممکن است درخواست‌های زیاد و نابجایی مطرح نموده و چه بسا دولت اسلامی با مسائل و مشکلات امنیتی مواجه گردد، با تفریط نیز امکان اینکه تعامل محبت‌آمیز با دولت‌های غیر مسلمان ایجاد شود؛ کاهش می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {دعوت,عزّت,تألیف قلوب,سیاست خارجی,روابط بین‎الملل}, url = {https://sm.psas.ir/article_247132.html}, eprint = {https://sm.psas.ir/article_247132_d5234a3d6bcd026180df1a3f3f78d1a3.pdf} }
